Hi Michael, Have you tried building a VoiceOver item chooser yet? VO I Then type in play or pause and for sites that aren't very accessible that usually does the trick. After the play button is identified mark it with a hotspot and you should be able to return to it. Yes emailing them is a great idea! If they don't know its broke from a lot of us they won't fix it!
