Oo, Pro Tools 11 had a bunch of issues that made it practically unusable. I 
mean, it functioned to an extent but there was a whole lot that got broken. 
There are so many flavors of licenses that it would be hard to determine 
whether you could run it. If you did in the past, you might possibly have an 
appropriate license. Perhaps give it a try.
