There’s a number of great workflow enhancements in HD, such as trim automation, more keyboard commands, and a lot of fine tuning abilities that can be more involved in Standard. Also, higher bit depth, significantly more voices, and the option to use Avid HEAT, amongst many other things. Standard is still better than the majority of DAWs out there, especially for our community, and HD is the best. I hope to upgrade one day, budget allowing.
