If Flo Tools is not active when you open a session, it's because you haven't 
followed the steps detailed in the Read Me. Most likely, you might not have 
checked the checkbox to have Keyboard Maestro Engine launch at startup or 
something similar. Follow the setup instructions closely and you'll figure out 
which step or steps might have been skipped.
