Control P and Control Semicolon until you find the track you want to copy from, Command c, then move selection start to bar 13 and Control V. As long as VO speaks COpy and Paste, it should work.
If doing multiple tracks, add Shift to Control P or Semicolon if the tracks are next to one another. If not, select the tracks in the Track List individually after using Control P or Semicolon to select one of the tracks. Another option if copying an entire song section is to do Control P or Semicolon, hit Return, then Command A. If VO says Select All, then you can use F1 and F2 to select an entire part of the song. This is handy for repeating choruses and such.
