If you have the Avid Complete Plug-in Bungle, you can set your Time 
Compression/Expansion settings to X-Form in the Preferences and use the Audio 
Suite X-Form plug-in. If you happen to use Keyboard Maestro, there are a few 
macros that help you do stuff that's impossible to do with VoiceOver alone. LMK 
if you need more info.
