Look at the read me for OCR where it tells you which permissions need to be granted. Then open System preferences and go to security and privacy and select the privacy tab. In there navigate to each category and make sure VOCR is allowed under each manually. You may have to unlock it by pressing VO Space where it says press to unlock at the bottom of the window, and type in your system password before you can make any changes.
