Hi Steve,
There is a version of VOCR for Mojave but it pales in comparison with the newer 
version which works only under Catalina. When the time comes, do a search for 
VOCR Catalina Github and it'll be right at the top of the results. The Github 
page gives all the instructions for installation and operation.
