The long-awaited "Pro Tools Guide for screen Reader Users" is finally here!
This free online resource, made possible through Berklee College of Music
features a comprehensive series of tutorials aimed specifically at blind users
of Pro Tools. It includes 250 audio demonstrations (totaling 20 hours) with
detailed examples to accompany each topic. All of the session files used
throughout this series are available to download for reference and practice.

Whether you're completely new to Pro Tools or already use it and want to fill
in the gaps, start your journey by going to:

As the process of refining Pro Tools accessibility is ongoing, this online
guide will continue to be updated regularly to reflect the most recent
improvements to the Pro Tools user interface from the perspective of a screen
reader user.

Thanks to Chi Kim for facilitating this project and to Berklee for entrusting
me with this massive undertaking. I couldn't have done it without their
support. Thanks also to Avid for making resources available during the
planning, writing and recording of this project.
