If you want authentic sounding harmonies, Harmony engine is still my favorite. Izotope’s Nectar gives good results but I haven’t tried nectar 3 yet for accessibility. Other notable mentions are Izotope’s Vocal synth and QuadraVox or Octo Vox from Eventide, however those aren’t as realistic sounding.
