Hello again! Forget about the requested marker sessions.
Avid just confirmed that there is some interfere with VO and PT2022.12 under Ventura. I investigated that you can open any session with PT2022-12 when VO isn't running. After the opening process, when all i/o and missing plug-in dialogs are skipped via the Escape key, you can launch VO again. Further I realized that every session which causes the assertion error has - in addition to the mix and edit windows - a third one called "Avid log-in". Now I'm waiting for Avid to give me some informations how to deal with that "Avid log-in" window. I'll keep you posted.
