Hello Tom!

Have you had the same behaviour under Ventura?

What happens - instead of pressing asterisk (NumpadStar) - if you e.g. open
the Memory Locations window by pressing Command+Numpad5 and then closing it by
pressing Command+Numpad5 again?
Does the VO cursor also loses the last focus location here?

I belief that there was a similar focus issue in an older Mac OS version.
But maybe I'm wrong.

Best! / Martin

I am using pt 2023.6 with Monterey.
Just downgrade my mac studio from Ventura back to monterey.

Hello Tom!

No problem here.
Latest Pro Tools and Ventura.

Maybe you have to scroll the desired track into view?

Best! / Martin

Subject: jumping voiceover cursor

Hi All,

I have the following problem:

I load a session with let’s say 20 tracks.

With voiceover plus arrow navigate to e.g. track 4.

Now i want to go to measure 30.

So I press asterisk, 30 return.

The voiceover cursor jumps to the last track.

In this example track 20.

Does any person here has the same behaviour?

Or better is there a solution?

Tom.
