Hi John,

It surely is a matter of the table not revealing the control. It's apparently a 
circular icon following the folder name that has two or three different 
appearances depending upon whether the selection includes all or none or some 
of the tracks contained within that folder. Tables of this type are a bit 
tricky to define correctly for VoiceOver. A possible workaround for now is to 
collapse folders by clicking on them, pressing Shift+F while using Command+A 
while an open folder is visible. This will set everything in the list to "New 
Track" and you can then selectively choose "None" for any closed folders you 
wish not to import.
