I mean I need to create model with one transmitter and 2 receivers. The
problem in this case - what TransmitPropertyTransformer gets as a
receiver location. And my question - is any proper way of doing it.

An instance of TransmitPropertyTransformer can be put into either a
transmitter or a receiver. In both cases, it has access to both the
transmitter and the receiver location.  There is a demo, that by some
oversight, is not listed in the Visualsense complete list of demos nor
in the quick tour.  It is at:
