I do not think there is.  There is the Compile-SDF target which can yield a C++
implementation of an SDF graph, but that is not as flexible as CGC targets.

The new Adaptive Computing Systems (ACS) domain, which is being developed
jointly by Sanders and UC Berkeley, is an attempt to address this problem.  It
is really a retargetable domain that allows a single SDF graph to be retargeted
to a floating point SDF simulation, fixed point SDF simulation, C code
generation (CGC), or FGPA design generation (CGFPGA).  More details on the
