We have a problem with the linker.
The following error message comes up when trying out the example in
section 2.2 (Adding stars dynamically to Ptolemy) of the Programmer's
Manual:
vem> Debug: Star not known, trying to load it
Error: Error linking file/tmp/__ptlink13985_0.so dlopen:ld.so.1:
/vol/ptolemy/bin.sol2.5/pigiRpc:fatal: relocation error: symbol not
found:
__9InSDFPort:referenced in /tmp/_ptlink13985_0.so
We found the symbol __9InSDFPort in the library libsdf.so
We use Ptolemy 0.7.1, SunOS 5.5.1, the prebuild binaries & gcc 2.7.2.2
Any help is appreciated.
