No PigiRPC with egcs 1.1 and Linux

Hi all,

I want to compile Ptolemy 0.7.1p1 under a Linux libc6-System with
egcs-1.1 compiler.
there were problems with the “gthreads“, so I deleted the
“install_gthreads“-entry
from the makefile. Now Ptolemy compiles with no errors, but no
PigiRPC-executable is 
created.

Any hints?
