Hello,
I am writing from Spain. I have being trying to install Ptolemy II over
Windows 98. I have read the instructions for doing it over WNT, but just
when I run "./configure" and "make" I get a lot of error messages (I attach
you 2 files with the results).
I need to install Ptolemy II (or Ptolemy) and after that study about it, but
I can't even start to do it. Another problem to understand what kind of
errors I have got is that I know a bit of C but nothing at all about Java.
I can tell you that I have downloaded and istalled Cygwin32 and jdk1.2.2
succesfully.
Anybody can help me about what is the problem or give me any advice ("don't
use Ptolemy II but Ptolemy if you are a beginner and you don't know Java", "
try to install it over Linux or Windows NT better than over Windows 98",
...)?
