Yep, Cut is not implemented in Ptolemy II 1.0.1, but it is
implemented in Ptolemy II 2.0devel.
We are working on a release plan for Ptolemy II 2.0devel, and hope
to make an announcement about our plans in January. I'm currently
evaluating installers and looking over the feature set for the Ptolemy
II 2.0 release.
