It looks to me as if the wireless is fine, but the upstream DSL connection is either flakey or heavily contended. The traffic, by and large, doesn't seem to be coming from the wireless network. I am planning to contact the Powells IT folks to inquire about. Another issue *might* be that people have been blocked due to p2p traffic. In fact, there are about 8 people currently blocked at that node. I don't watch all the time, but we have graphs and if I notice someone pegging the connection for a long time, and if it seems to be interfering with other peoples equal use, then I'll go ahead and temporarily block the perpetrator. If you think you might have been blocked, figure out what your MAC address is and email me and I will unblock you.
