The next PTP weekly is Jan 21st at Amnesia Brewing. This meeting will be dedicated to laying out ideas and a preliminary plan for deploying Community Fiber. We'll discuss both the technical challenges and the social challenges involved in deploying fiber to the home using a co-op/community developed model in a limited geographic area, with an eye towards creating a sample fiber network to spur interest in city-wide municipal or community fiber.
