I got the AP and power supply out of the green dragon. Turns out the GD needed to reboot the AP regularly and its position was inside Integrity Spirits territory which was not always physically unlocked. They got tired of that and setup their own AP with essid "Green Dragon". I told a manager that using the ptp essid would allow volunteers to maintain the AP and he said he'd go to the powers that be and relay that information.
The story doesn't make a lot of sense because it looks like the Green Dragon AP is setup over the bar, though I couldn't visually verify that. Reaching that AP means going through the same locked gate as the original AP.
