The Open SourceBridge conference (http://opensourcebridge.org), which is taking the place of OSCON in Portland this year, starts this Wednesday, June 17 - 19, at the Oregon Convention Center.
Audrey Eschright (http://dyepot-teapot.com), the conference organizer, offered Personal Telco a free booth. They will supply the table. Conference passes are $250, but PTP volunteers at the booth can get it free! It’s entirely volunteer-run, by developers, for developers. Here's the schedule (http://opensourcebridge.org/events/2009/schedule). Session tracks are based around shared community experiences and focus on the similarities between projects, not the differences. If anyone at PTP is interested in Open Source, this is the time! Email Peter (http://www.eschright.com/) at: ([email protected]) to get PersonalTelco a presence at Open Source Bridge. The Conference will have a 50mbps microwave uplink at the 24hr Hacker Lounge, thanks to Stephouse Networks (http://opensourcebridge.org/blog). I realize this is short notice, but it is THE Open Source conference in Portland, and there's still time to get on board. http://opensourcebridge.org http://twitter.com/osbridge [email protected] --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ The Personal Telco Project - http://www.personaltelco.net/ Donate to PTP: http://www.personaltelco.net/donate Archives: http://news.gmane.org/gmane.network.wireless.portland.general/ Etiquette: http://www.personaltelco.net/index.cgi/MailingListEtiquette List information: http://lists.personaltelco.net To post to this group, send email to [email protected] To unsubscribe from this group, send email to [email protected] -~----------~----~----~----~------~----~------~--~---
