Yes, that's the place. What is entailed is to introduce yourself to the people in the office during business hours, tell them that I sent you, and then power-cycle the power-over-ethernet injector. The interface that connects to the rooftop device is showing UP, which implies it has a link with the rooftop device. But the device isn't responding. So, we need to bounce the power to get it to reboot and then go from there. The PoE injector is a small black plastic box with two ethernet jacks and a power cord. You can give me a call and I can provide more detailed directions (in particular, the location of the box).
