This is the state-mandated annual meeting of the Board of Directors. At it, the Board of Directors will appoint officers for the coming year. The Board of Advisors membership will be refreshed. Old and New Business will be discussed. This was announced previously, this is a reminder. According to our bylaws, during the Annual Board Meeting portion, only members of the Board of Directors or the Board of Advisors are permitted to speak.
