We just managed to get three through a 1-inch conduit that already had a satellite radio and cabletv in it. Pointing another radio down the hill would probably involve more extensive "engineering" for cable runs. What would be cooler is for the hackerspace to get their own bandwidth and share that in a separate PTP node from MissNet. My understanding is that it's organized as a membership thing. Any hacker space is going to be wanting tubes, and you'd think that the membership fees would be the appropriate thing to cover that. But maybe I have misunderstood. -- Russell Senior, President [email protected] -- The Personal Telco Project - http://www.personaltelco.net/ Donate to PTP: http://www.personaltelco.net/donate Archives: http://news.gmane.org/gmane.network.wireless.portland.general/ Etiquette: http://www.personaltelco.net/index.cgi/MailingListEtiquette List information: http://lists.personaltelco.net To post to this group, send email to [email protected] To unsubscribe from this group, send email to [email protected]
