Thanks for that Gerry, but can you give us some clues? If I'm right, there is only one software program that is installed, not sure what it's called, but it's the editing software.
I suspect that you are saying to use the import/convert a .txt file? If so, we tried that & didn't get the page structure kept, at least, in the table of data on the created file, it didn't show anything in the pages box... I would be really grateful if anyone can suggest some pointers on where to start and anything we are obviously overlooking.
