If I'm right, there is only one software program that is installed, not sure
what it's called, but it's the editing software.

I suspect that you are saying to use the import/convert a .txt file?

If so, we tried that & didn't get the page structure kept, at least, in the
table of data on the created file, it didn't show anything in the pages
box...

I would be really grateful if anyone can suggest some pointers on where to
start and anything we are obviously overlooking.
