Well, Kevin, I personally find the clicking on the 5 GB hard drives is very annoying and spoils every recording with a microphone. I suppose if I had a long lead on one it may help, but I really want to be near the PTR1 and the microphone. It's a real shame about the hard drive I already have because it's good, but I can use it for storage and for recording music I take away on holiday, or whatever, so it's not a waste.
