Hi, The CRC check on that MP3 file usually means that somewhere allong the line the file got slightly damaged by the skipping of the drive or whatever whilst recording. The PTR1 is more sensitive than other players in this regard, since it doesn't keep updating the TOC. I would put that disk in the player and try to do a ``search for edited information'', then wait a bit while this is actioned.
