Hi, This is a known issue and new firmware is in the test stage for this product. The last I heard it was hopefully going to be released near the end of this month, but it depends. This is why the V2 firmware has been withdrawn from the website.

I have done many things with this recorder like, move files, deleted files, and like that. Second time this occurred, I put a disk in the recorder, naturally the default is the disk so I could go to the minue, just erased the card and the problem went away. What should I do, Phil Parr.
