comment about recording below 128

Here is something I meant to mention a long time ago. If you are recording 
in a bit rate setting lower than 128 which will be in monaural, if the 
source  is a stereo recording, the PTR1 will not join the two channels as 
one. The left channel will be the only one recorded.
