Hi,
This patch updates the NTP package to version 4.2.4p3.
It also adds options to install rc.d links for the ntp server
and ntpdc.
And last it adds options to install configuration files as
nfs-(server|client).conf into /etc.
Missing subdirectories in /var added for statistic files.
