Hallo,
I spend a couple of days to get Crosstool NG or ptxdist to work on a
PowerPC Mac OS 10.5.
The tools themselves work, but building the toolchain fails in both
cases while building the binutils.
configure: error: linker with -z relro support required
I know, that Apple has older ld and as commands. But when installing
the gnu versions, gcc or g++ doesn't work anymore and the toolchain
build fails earlier.
Is there anybody out there who built a toolchain with Mac OS X 10.5?
Would be ubuntu possible?
