[ptxdist] [PATCH] Renamed ptxd_ipkg_rev_packet to ptxd_ipkg_rev_package (was: AW: [BUG] scripts/ipkg-push broken)

The attached patch fixes this issue by renaming ptxd_ipkg_rev_packet to
ptxd_ipkg_rev_package in scripts/libptxdist.
