I don't think so... We already patch Kconfig and a "%50s" instead of a "%s" print string won't hurt. Another thing is obviously to organize our kconfig patches. But that's a different story and our problem :) The trailing whitespace in the menuc may look fine in the text based menuconfig but look pretty stupid in k/x/g/whaterver config.
