Copy ptxdist's global gstreamer-rule files to your project local rules/
directory and update it.
ptxdist will privilege a local file with the same name over the global one.

"ptxdist newpackage <your-choice>"

The correct package type depends on your application. Do you want to build it
from an archive? From a source directory? And so on. Each of these cases has
its own package type.

Our generic BSP comes with two examples in its rules/ and local_src/
directory.
