Changes were in libmemcached packet. I upgraded to the newest version 0.44. libhashkit's hash suite included a hash (murmur) that looks like it was primarily designed to run on x86 processors. They allow the hsieh hash to be enabled/disabled via configure, I extended it to allow disabling of murmur. The packet .make disables murmur.
