Thanks, applied with some fixes to master.

You've forgotten to port the 4.0 patches. It turns out that squashfs has
turned on xattr by default, thus it needs the xattr lib. I've turned it
off. If you need xattr support, send a patch that turns xattr support
into a ptxdist option.
