[ptxdist] bash-3.2.48 md5sum doesn't match

The md5sum for bash-3.2.48 in ptxdist/rules/bash.make doesn't match the
md5sum for the bash-3.2.48.tar.gz that I have.

$ grep MD5 -B 1 rules/bash.make
BASH_VERSION    := 3.2.48
BASH_MD5        := 338dcf975a93640bb3eaa843ca42e3f8

$ md5sum bash-3.2.48.tar.gz
2f619b9499882aa9d142f0d51e27ce9a  bash-3.2.48.tar.gz
