Which BSP are you using?
If you are using none, thats the fault. ptxdist is not a standalone
thing, it meant to build the environment based on some BSP.
You can use
http://ptxdist.org/oselas/bsp/pengutronix/download/OSELAS.BSP-Pengutronix-Generic-2011.01.0.tgz
or
http://ptxdist.org/oselas/bsp/pengutronix/download/OSELAS.BSP-Pengutronix-Mini2440-2011.06.0.tgz
as relatively generic,opensourced BSPs to get a first glimpse.
