[ptxdist] terminfo dumb

Hi

I need to install terminfo "dumb" under /usr/share/terminfo/d/dumb

How I do this under ptxdist 2014.10.0?

The reason for this is I will call "top -b" (on the target) and get the 
message: "dumb : unknown terminal type"
