Minor bugfix release.
https://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/wayland-devel/2022-December/042538.html

Sigh. The "modern" move from classical release tarball delivery from
a plain, flat server to gitlab/github/whatever has created a new type of
variability. It's everchanging. New day. New variation.

Seems this time around, this release isn't available under the release tag.
It's under some githash. So that's a no go. The older releases weren't.
The archive context might be more stable, but really not sure.
But I can't find a .xz format there. So .gz it is.

IMHO. It's a webgui clikety-click release trainwreck.

* Change URL.
* Change tarball format.
