Our hosting provider is in the process of rolling out security updates to their virtualization software, unfortunately this will require powering down the csswg.org server for up to 2 hours (though it should be less).
The maintenance is currently scheduled for this Saturday, March 7 from 4:00pm to 6:00pm PST. It's possible the maintenance window will shift, I'll post an update if it does. During the maintenance, all csswg.org, fxtf.org, and css-houdini.org services will be offline, this includes the wikis, all Mercurial repositories (including drafts and tests), Shepherd, Bikeshed, as well as dev.w3.org/csswg, dev.w3.org/fxtf, and dev.w3.org/houdini. The GitHub Mirrors will be unaffected, but will not sync to the Mercurial repositories until after the maintenance is complete (though it'd be best to hold off pushing to GitHub during the maintenance window if you can).
