The current deadline for 117 is Sept 27th[1].
I appreciate the heads up on the date for 106, but it isn't a deadline
as the consequences of missing that deadline would simply be that the
issue is (once again) closed without prejudice.
Once an acceptable change proposal is received for 106, the status will
be set to OPEN and a call for counter proposals will be issued.
