說實話，大陸簡中的網站大多都改用UTF-8了，歐美就更不用說了，目前僅剩東亞
地區還在用區域性編碼（big5，shift什麼的）。
就目前來說，暫時還沒發現unicode無法滿足使用的情況，硬要說的話問題也是出
在字體庫上，如果說有什麼字在unicode中沒有，可以向 unicode委員會投訴的吧。
我的立場是，對舊的遺留系統所採用的技術，保持基本功能上的兼容就好，精力還
是要放在新的通用的技術上，否則就會陷入泥潭之中無法自拔。
