The above web page is a pamphlet that I came across a sort while ago.
It proposes an alternative form of democracy, ago similar lines to the
idea of internet democracy which I've discussed with some people
privately.
Though I think his conclusions are basically flawed, it should form the
basis for an interesting discussion (if anyone's still there).
I'm most interested in discussing two things, which should be done
separately, the idea of mass participatory democracy and his broad
condemnation of communism.
