9th March 1999.
To all interested
parties.
I spoke by
telephone, this afternoon, at around 4.30, with an adviser to the Queensland
Minister for Police, a Dominique McHugh. (spelling not known). The conversation
was very interesting. There was appropriate laughter in the background during
the conversation. This person said "Somebody will come and get you
under the Queensland Mental health Act and lock you away and throw away the
key."
I accepted that as a direct threat to myself and a
report has already gone to the United Nations.
It is indicative of the attitude
that exists in the political parties in Australia today. This threat was made to
me due to my raising the question of the invalidity of law. The person I was
speaking to was not interested in anything other than the fact that the Labor
Party was in power and they would do what they wanted to do. He was happy, he
said, to be sent overseas to appear before an International Criminal
Tribunal as he would get to see Europe. When the 'authority' in a
country breaks down to that level there are real problems.
