Dear Fellow Australians, Today, in the Supreme Court of New South Wales, I experienced another delaying tactice by the judiciary obviously aimed at protecting the banks. As soon as I got home, I wrote a letter to the Chief Justice, the Hon J.J. Spigelman. Here is the text of that letter: "Dear Chief Justice, Re: File No: 11203 of 1999, St. George bank Limited -v- John and Laraine Wilson. Re: "To no-one will we sell, to no-one will we deny or delay Right or Justice" - MAGNA CARTA. Today, in Court E of the Supreme Court of New South Wales, Queens' Square, Sydney, Deputy Registrar Hagger again delayed Discovery, which is my right under the united Nations' International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, Article 14, :to have adequate time and facilities for the preparation of (my) defence". I truly believe that the objective of these delays is to ultimately deny that right and to prevent the exposure of fraud in the form of banks creating money. "Oh, what tangled webs we weave when first we practice to deceive." - William Shakespeare. All this began when Master Terence Greenwood, on 17 SEP 1996, lied in order to protect the banks' fraudulent variable interest rate loan contracts. Since then the "tangled webs" have drawn into them a never-ending succession of judicial officers through to and including the High Court of Australia with those in the Supreme Court of New South Wales being the vast bulk of them. The timing of the conspiracy appears to be to have Justice Simpson hand down her judgement (wrongfully, of course, because it contravenes the United Nations' Covenant in every respect) and deny Discovery. The three elements of my Defence are: 1. bank fraud by variable interest rate loans; 2. bank fraud by the banks creating money; and 3. extensive judicial corruption. All these are of great national importance and show the world an Australia with the courts so crootupt that ordinary Australians have no chance against the ruthlessness and the insatiable greed of megalomaniacs who are the banks. The long-predicted "War between the Banks and the People" is at hand. A decent and bloodless victory can only come vis the court where the court have judges who are "honest and true" and "fear God". The administration of justice in the Supreme Court of New South wales is, as I have said before, your responsibility. And, agian, I ask "What are you going to do about it?"
