Indonesian military (TNI, Kopassus=SpecialForces' SGI) have systematically relocated tens of thousands of East Timorese into West Timor, who are now in a precarious state without adequate food, water or shelter, and in grave danger of death if they don't receive humanitarian assistance within days. This has been called genocide. What kind of person could plan and enact such a policy with such precision and discipline? What is the point of it? What is their strategy? I think a clue lies in the names of the militia...
