Dear Fellow Australians,
Today in the Supreme Court of New South
Wales, Justice Wood, a the call-over for my contempt of court
casewas determined to rush ahead and set a date of 9th November, 1999 for it to
be heard.
He, at first, wanted the 8th November but I had
to shout at him to say that is the date set for a call-over of my Summons for
Leave to Appeal in the Court of Appeal against Justice Scully of the Supreme
Court dismissing my Requisition for Trial by Jury and his saying my submissions
under Article 14 of the United Nations' International had "no merit in law
or in fact".
The other side, a certain Natalie Adams
for the "Crown Solicitor", said she knew nothing of the Court of
Appeal call-over but, when I challenged her, she readily accepted
the 9th.
I explained to Justice Wood that the White
Folder to the Court of Appeal contained a 78B Notice aked about the validity of
the Australian Constitution on the grounds of Australia joining the League of
Nations and then the United Nations as a sovereign nation which cancelled all
foreign laws previously imposed on Australia as a colony -such as the UK Act to
Constitute the Commonwealth of Australia.
Justice Wood said the Court of Appeal would
decide on that matter on the 8th of November.
I am sure the judges in the Court of Appeal will
dismiss my Summons and White Folder so that I can be charged, tried by a
judge (without a jury, of course) in the Supreme Court, sentence and
imprison me the following day.
Truth and Justice go out the window - especially
if there is any possibility of judges facing a jury and having to answer
questions. Judges have taken that "absolute power to conceal their
own incompetence, corruption and treachery" I spoke of in the High
Court. "Star Chamber"? It's that and a lot
worse!
Anyone curious as to whether we have a
Constitution, ie: whether our Parliaments have the power to make
laws and whether our Courts have any jurisdiction, at all, --- you might
want to be in the Supreme Court, Queens' Square, Sydney at 2:30pm on
the 8th of November, 1999.
Yours sincerely,
John Wilson.
